A large part of this area consists of vineyards planted with Lambrusco Grasparossa IGT and Trebbiano DOC vines, the typical grape varieties of this area, which are mainly used for the famous "Aceto Balsamico Traditionale DOP di Modena".
The design and construction of the plant was based on advanced process technologies that were brought into harmony with tradition, quality and performance - a reference model for the entire industry.
In addition to the modern plant, where the production of balsamic vinegar from Modena P.G.I. and other spices takes place, there is the family's "Acetaia Tradizionale" vinegar factory, where time and seasons ensure the maturity of the high-quality traditional balsamic vinegar from Modena D.O.P.
