Mixture of organic olive oils of the highest quality (extra virgin) from gentle cold extraction. Mild-fruity aroma, ideal for cooking, stewing and gentle roasting as well as for salad dressing.
Store away from light and heat.
At temperatures below 10 degrees, the fatty acids can start to harden and form flakes. However, this "flocculation" has no effect on the shelf life or quality of the oil. When stored at room temperature, these flakes dissolve again. You can continue to consume it without hesitation.
