Voelkel's ginger juice is an aromatic and spicy specialty, for which only selected ginger tubers are processed at Voelkel in the natural juice factory. To this end, the company works with many small farmers who cultivate these spicy tubers in the hills of the Voranden.

Voelkel ginger juice has a very strong note and is excellent for making tea. You can also use it to season dips and dressings as well as sauces and soups.

Voelkel was founded in the 1920s. At that time, with a mobile juice press and the desire to live a free life in the countryside. Today we are the largest natural juice factory in Germany.
