Efforts continue to be made to ensure that Demeter cultivation and the cultivation methods of organic associations, such as Bioland, spread in the region and far beyond. The organic and Demeter quality of the raw materials and the value-preserving production of natural food juices have the highest priority. Here, organic and biodynamic agriculture is shaped and promoted. Organic farmers operate in harmony with nature and make an important contribution to climate protection and the preservation of natural resources.

Through long-term supply contracts and fair prices, a contribution is also made to the self-determination of Voelkel's cultivation partners. All participants within the value chain receive fair compensation for their services. Workplace safety and motivated employees are the basis of success. Special attention is paid to social standards, complementing legal standards with special support measures or additional benefits.
