Together with the Teroldego and Marzemino grape varieties from the Dolomites and the international Merlot grape variety, the elegance and softness of this wine is created. Teroldego and Marzemino are vinified using the classic red wine process. The mash fermentation takes place at 23-30 degrees for 12-13 days with the addition of selected yeasts. Colour: dark red Bouquet: elegant, soft, full-bodied structure Taste: Aroma of red currants, blackberries and blueberries. A hint of vanilla and cocoa. Serving recommendation: Goes well with hearty starters and spicy cuisine, piquant sauces, grilled and roasted meat.
