The organic rapeseed oil from Byodo is obtained from German organic rapeseed, carefully cold-pressed and gently filtered. The bright yellow oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids. Bottled in a tin, it is optimally protected from light and environmental influences. Due to its fine nutty note, it goes wonderfully with fresh leaf and raw salads with local vegetables. It is also ideal for baking and tastes great with spicy quark dishes.
