Since 1954, only selected ingredients have been used for THOMY Delikatess-Mayonnaise in order to achieve the fine mayonnaise flavor. Simply our original - of course without preservatives. THOMY Delikatess-Mayonnaise - the best taste through care The THOMY mayonnaise consists of, among other things: sunflower oil from THOMY, egg yolk, brandy vinegar and spices. The spices are dissolved in water and mixed with vinegar. This basic approach is added to the oil and the egg yolk and beaten. The different liquids must be mixed together in such a way that it is no longer possible to separate them into individual parts. No thickeners or the like are used here, this is only the task of the egg yolk. In order for the mayonnaise to achieve its creamy and garnish-able consistency, the individual components are homogenized particularly finely. This gives the mayonnaise its fine creaminess and unique taste. The classic: fine potato salad with mayonnaise Potato or pasta salad with mayo simply tastes delicious.
