This champagne presents itself as mineral and fresh with a delicate scent of peach, white flowers and brioche and is therefore considered a true classic of the prestigious region.

Wonderfully refreshing, this drop accompanies special moments as excellently as oysters or many other dishes. The drop matures in the cellars of the Château for up to four years - unusually long for a non-vintage champagne!

With a proud 288, the Champagne Taittinger is the third largest winery in Champagne. Managing Director Pierre-Emmanuel Taittinger bought the family business based in Reims back from the Starwood Group in 2006, thus restoring its independence. Together with his son Clovis, who is responsible for export, and his daughter Vitalie, who is responsible for marketing, he forms the management trio of the company.

The distribution of grape varieties amounts to 48% Pinot Noir, 37% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier. In the cultivation of the vineyards as well as in the vinification in the cellar, the Taittingers strive to combine the traditional expertise of the past with the commitment to the future, for example by focusing on the highest environmental standards.
