The Alnatura cheese tortellini have it all: a meatless filling made of 40 percent cheese. Sheep's cheese and ricotta give them their delicately spicy note. The dough is classically made from durum wheat semolina and water - nothing else. In addition, this organic pasta is vegetarian and contains no egg. It tastes particularly good with pesto or tomato sauce as well as in casseroles. Ready after 12-15 minutes of steeping time in boiling water.
