The single-jar baby food Parsnip pure is mild in taste and is particularly suitable for the first spoonfuls of supplementary food from the 5th month onwards. For this organic vegetable preparation, only carefully selected parsnips from controlled organic cultivation from regional Bioland farms in Schleswig-Holstein are used. We deliberately verzichten on any additives and process only vegetables and water. 
The Sprösslinge Baby Food Parsnip pure is vegan and naturally gluten- and lactose-free.

Transparency for you is important to us

We personally select all regional suppliers and introduce the farms to you on our homepage. You can find out from which farm the vegetables and fruit come from via the QR code on each jar. 
By the way: Apart from vegetables, fruit and water, nothing else goes into our jars.

Since the baby food does not contain any additional fat, we recommend adding oil for better absorption of the fat-soluble vitamins (approx. 8 g oil, which corresponds to about 1 tbsp oil). Heat the whole jar or a portion in a water bath (37°C), stir and feed. First supplementary food: Start with a small amount, increase as needed.

We at Sprösslinge are convinced that a mindful approach to our nature is the basic prerequisite for the healthy growth of our babies. That's why we use only seasonal and regional products from selected and certified organic farms in Germany with a transparency guarantee for our supplementary food.

Yes, that's right: We don't put any imported tropical fruits in our baby food. Because our region has delicious fruit and vegetables to offer, which are full of valuable nutrients and are excellently suited as tasty baby food. We also want to make a contribution to climate protection by saving on transport routes. And to be really sure, we have tasted every fruit and vegetable in our range for our Sprösslinge ourselves: Only what absolutely convinces us in terms of taste ends up in our jars!

Important consumption note:

Before consumption, check whether the glass is undamaged. The vacuum lid must crack when opened for the first time. Remove the desired amount with a plastic spoon, store the opened jar closed in the refrigerator and use it up within 2 days.
