Disorders in the external intimate area can affect the vagina and vice versa. Therefore, it is important to keep the skin in the external intimate area healthy. Above all, it is important to disturb the acid mantle as little as possible, i.e. not to degrease the skin and to maintain the acidic pH value of approx. 5. Sometimes it is enough to simply omit harmful influences. Too little hygiene can promote infections, but excessive hygiene can also be harmful to the intimate area. Vagisan Intimate Wash Lotion is a particularly gentle washing lotion for cleaning the external intimate area. The application protects the natural acid mantle, the addition of chamomile extract soothes the skin. Thus, the application of Vagisan Intimate Wash Lotion helps to prevent skin irritations and infections in the intimate area.

The washing lotion is very well tolerated and therefore - even with dry skin - suitable for daily use:

• for all age groups
• also during pregnancy
• also as an accompanying therapy for vaginal infections

Product features

Mild washing substances effectively yet gently cleanse the skin in the intimate area. Lactic acid ensures a skin-friendly pH value of approx. 5. This protects the natural acid mantle during application and at the same time supports the maintenance of a strong defence system. The addition of chamomile extract soothes the skin.

Application

Vagisan Intimate Wash Lotion is used like a shower gel or a washing lotion

First moisten the external intimate area, then apply a peanut-sized amount of Vagisan Intimate Wash Lotion directly to the palm of your hand or to a moistened washcloth and distribute it in the external intimate area. Then rinse off again. If you use cotton washcloths, you should wash them regularly at 60° C. However, in case of vaginal infections, use the cotton washcloth only once and then wash it. Vagisan Intimate Wash Lotion in the bottle with the practical dosing cap is very economical.
