Dietary supplement with the enzyme Diamine Oxidase (DAO)

Use/application/recommended intake

Always take Daosin before a meal (ideally about 15 minutes before). If histamine-containing foods are consumed, the tablet should already be dissolved and the DAO should be available. Consume one tablet with some water 15 minutes before a histamine-containing meal. The maximum daily intake is 3 tablets (equivalent to 3 histamine-containing meals per day). The tablet should not be chewed before swallowing, but swallowed whole so that the contents reach the intestine undamaged through the stomach. Do not bite or chew.

Bulking agent sorbitol, vitamin C, zinc citrate, bulking agents mannitol and hydroxypropylcellulose, separating agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; starch, beetroot red colour, flavouring, sweeteners: sucralose and saccharin; sodium selenate, bulking agent microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, acidity regulator sodium phosphate, emulsifier cross-linked carboxymethylcellulose, coating agent shellac, protein extract from pig kidney, separating agent silicon dioxide, coating agent hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, acidity regulator calcium carbonate, separating agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; vegetable fat (fully hydrogenated coconut fat), stabiliser polydextrose, separating agent talc.

Storage conditions

Contains histamine-free protein extract (contains natural Diamine Oxidase). DAO supplements the body's own enzyme for histamine breakdown in the intestine. Contains histamine-free protein extract (contains natural Diamine Oxidase). Alcohol and some medications can largely inhibit the activity of the DAO enzyme.

The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of small children.
