Description

Dietary food for special medical purposes (balanced diet), for dietary management in swallowing disorders, e.g. in neurological diseases such as stroke, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis or oncological diseases such as head and neck tumors

Usage/Application/Recommended intake

With the help of Nutilis, liquids can be thickened to various consistencies (syrup-like, honey-like, pudding-like). The required amount of powder depends on the type of liquid to be thickened (e.g. tea, juice, nutritional drinks or pureed foods). Foods and drinks thickened with Nutilis Powder can be chilled, frozen and reheated.

Preparation

Add the required amount of Nutilis Powder to the drink in a sealable cup or cocktail shaker. Shake or stir vigorously for 10 - 20 seconds until the powder has completely dissolved. Let it rest for a few minutes until the desired consistency is reached. Transfer and serve.
