Your Organic Ready Meal is ready to eat in just 4 minutes. Simply heat in a pot or in the microwave:

Preparation in the microwave
Remove the foil from the large cup. Heat in the microwave at 650 watts for approx. 4 minutes. Remove the foil from the small cup and heat in the microwave at 650 watts for approx. 1 minute. Cooking time may vary depending on the device.

Preparation in a pot
Open the cup and pour the contents into a pot. Heat over low heat and stir constantly.
