Levoni Parma ham sliced
matured for at least 18 months
From areas with a perfect climate, thanks to the air of Versilia, which descends sweet and dry from the Apennines. Recognizable by its round shape without a foot and the slice, which is pleasantly framed by the milky white of the fat. It has a soft scent of spices and a delicate taste. With increasing maturity, it becomes rich in cellar and other complex and intense aromas. The maturity is a pure harmony of olfactory perceptions with light, fragrant aromas. In terms of taste, pleasant, sweet and soft notes resonate, which emphasize the maturation.
Levoni has been producing the finest Italian meat and sausage products in Umbria since 1911. Levoni has been a family-run business for over four generations and has thus stood for the great tradition of Italian sausages for over a century.
Levoni's Italian sausages are made from first-class meat and from pigs born, raised and processed in Italy. For our recipes we use the finest spices, herbs and natural flavors from all over the world. Every day we freshly process our spices to create unique fragrance and taste experiences and to bring out the full quality of our meat. For example, Bronte pistachios, Sicilian sea salt, Marsala superiore DOP, cinnamon, pepper, fresh garlic become the secret of our taste. The smoky aromas are enhanced by our specific choice of wood, which gives our sausages that special something. Since everyone should be able to share in this enjoyment, all our products are also gluten- and lactose-free.
