Isigny Crème Fraîche
Isigny Sainte Mère is one of the oldest dairy cooperatives in France. Between the salt water of the sea and the fresh water of the marshes of the Bessin and Cotentin nature reserves in Normandy, France, the area benefits from a mild, humid climate. Frequent flooding creates grass rich in mineral salts, trace elements and oleic acids, providing natural, rich feed for the cows whose milk is used to make Camembert.

The milk comes from the 430 farms of the cooperative members and is collected within a radius of 50 km around the dairy. Thanks to the unique and protected terroir, the cows can graze on exceptional meadows, providing milk of the highest quality.
Crème Fraîche has an AOP quality label. Production must comply with certain specifications. For this reason, it has become the crème de la crème.
