MILD INDONESIAN KRUPUK
With manioc from Java. Crispy and airy.
No Crab – this mild, vegan krupuk tastes just like real crispy crab chips. Delicious as a snack in between, with your favourite curry or Indonesian Nasi Goreng.
ORIGIN
Our vegan krupuk has its roots in the manioc fields north of Central Java. In Indonesia, crab crackers are called „Kerupuk“, but in the local colloquial language as „Krupuk“.
ORIGINAL
In honour of its Indonesian roots, we have proudly named our vegan version „Krupuk“. Sun-dried manioc flour is formed into small slices of dough by our partner in Surabaya. In the Netherlands, the chips are then fried in sunflower oil and refined with spices.
IN YOUR KITCHEN
Vegan – and yet as crispy as „real“ crab chips. In Indonesia, you will find krupuk on every table and on every corner.
