Ideal for coffee and tea specialities: The Alnatura Barista Drink Pea in Naturland quality can be foamed and rounds off latte macchiato, cappuccino, chai latte and Co. with a creamy foam. The recipe is unsweetened (ingredients naturally contain sugar, also from pea fermentation) and naturally lactose-, milk protein- and gluten-free. The peas for the drink come from Germany. Since the organic plant-based milk alternative does not contain any stabilisers, flakes can naturally form - so shake well before opening.
