Ready-mix for preparing vegan mince on a pea basis
Best before: 18 months from date of manufacture.
Store in a dry place, protected from light and at room temperature.
1. Thoroughly mix 75 g of the ready-mix with 150 ml of very cold water.
2. Leave the minced meat to swell in the refrigerator for approx. 30 minutes.
3. Fry the mixture in a coated pan without oil over a low to medium heat until it reaches the desired level of browning, breaking it up as you do so. Frying takes longer than with conventional meat.
4. Then use in your favourite recipe.
