WHOLE COOKED OCTOPUS
NUCHAR's cooked octopus surprises with its naturalness, texture, consistency and intensity of flavour. Our secret: selection of the best pieces at origin, traditional preparation, adapting the preparation to the season in which the octopus was caught and to the size of each specimen.
Octopus meat
Octopus meat is rich in vitamins and minerals and low in fats - especially no saturated fats. It contains vitamins B1 and B12, vitamin E, folic acid, trace elements: magnesium, phosphorus, iodine, cobalt, zinc.
Vitamin B1 is a component of carbohydrates and enzymes of energy metabolism, which are involved in the body's energy production.
What are the benefits of squid? 100 grams of octopus contain half of the daily requirement of vitamin B12, which is involved in blood formation and metabolism.
Squid contains vitamins A, C and E, which are necessary for strengthening the immune system and maintaining skin colour. The selenium contained in octopus is necessary for the absorption of iodine.
