Frying flour for a crispy and tasty breading for vegetables or prawns

Application:

1.   Wash vegetables, fruit, meat, fish or prawns, cut into thin strips, season as desired.
2. Mix 100 g of breading mix with 150 ml of cold water until a dough forms.
3. Completely coat the desired filling with the dough.
4. Fry in hot fat, preferably in a wok, until golden brown. Absorb excess fat with a kitchen towel. Serve hot and enjoy;

Store dry at room temperature. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within a few weeks
