A fine mixture of carrots, cauliflower, leek, mushrooms, mung bean sprouts, onions, green beans, red and green peppers. Ideal for Asian dishes, such as wok dishes, rice pans and much more.
Our vegetables are naturally rich in nutrients. Directly after harvesting, the bio inside products are gently frozen. This preserves the freshness and the vegetables retain their typical aroma. Practical packaging sizes make them easy to use in the kitchen.

Preparation recommendation: 

In the pan:

• Put 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in the pan and heat it up. Add the desired amount of unthawed Asia vegetable mix, fry briefly and cook for about 6-8 minutes over medium heat. Stir several times.

In the wok:

• Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in the wok. Cook at high temperature for about 6-8 minutes, stirring constantly until no more liquid escapes from the vegetables. Season to taste, for example with finely chopped lemongrass and ginger.
