For the production of couscous, durum wheat semolina is cooked, formed into small balls and then dried. It is perfect for quick cooking, as it becomes soft after only about five to ten minutes.

Couscous is a classic in oriental dishes and also tastes good as an aromatic side dish as well as in soups, salads or casseroles. The Alnatura Couscous comes from organic farming.

In addition, social and ecological justice play an important role: The company assumes responsibility for the environment and for all people who are involved in the creation of an Alnatura product and were one of the first companies to be certified according to the We-Care standard.
