Don Papa Masskara Canister

Don Papa Masskara is a premium rum from the Philippines that uses only local spices, fruits, and honey in its production. The fertile volcanic soil of Negros Island also produces particularly high-quality sugar cane.

Don Papa Masskara is distilled from molasses – known as "black gold" – and then aged in American oak barrels. The rum is blended with a pot-still infusion of calamansi and siling labuyo and sweetened with local honey. The result is a rich and complex spirit.

The various infusions are inspired by the "Masked Fiesta" and the vibrant Masskara Festival.

Light amber.

Nose
Sweet fruit notes, accompanied by exotic spices.

Taste

Creamy-spicy and sweet body with tropical fruits, sugar cane, and a hint of piquant chili. Long fruity-sweet finish.
