The Daikon radish and radish microgreens give your meal a fresh, spicy kick, which is balanced out by the mild and slightly nutty components of the lentils and mung beans. Mung bean sprouts are mistakenly known as "soybean sprouts". The sprouts of the bean resemble the taste of the sprouts.

The salad mix goes perfectly on any breakfast table. The spicy pungency gives classic breakfast bread a fresh kick, but alternatively also goes wonderfully with hearty dishes. Of course, as the name suggests, it forms a delicious and healthy component in any colourful salad.

The mung beans and lentils in particular are therefore widely used in vegan cuisine and are considered a staple food in India, for example.
