The perfectly balanced combination of ingredients in the Steinofen Pizza Speciale with naturally matured pepperoni and pepperoni sausage, real cooked ham, mushrooms and delicious mozzarella ensures a real treat. - Top/bottom heat: 230 °C Convection: 210 °C Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated opposite.
- Remove foil.
- Place the pizza on the rack in the middle of the oven.
- Bake the pizza at 230 °C top/bottom heat for at least 13 minutes. Bake the pizza at 210 °C convection for at least 10 minutes.
