This champagne captivates with its balanced composition of 40% Meunier, 35% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir. The high proportion of 60% reserve wines gives it additional depth and complexity. Thanks to the partial malolactic fermentation, the champagne obtains a soft, round texture, while its freshness and liveliness are preserved. With a dosage of only 5g/l, the natural fruitiness remains in the foreground. The taste of the champagne is youthful, juicy and fresh, with a beautiful fruity note.
