Jerky is the product of beef that is cut into thin slices, seasoned with selected ingredients and then slowly dried. The high protein content (35%) and the low fat content (3.7%) make Jack Link's Beef Jerky the perfect low-calorie snack for in between - whether after the gym, at work or simply on the go.

1. SELECTING THE BEST CUTS
We only use selected, high-quality rump beef for the production of our Beef Jerky.
2. PREPARATION
According to a traditional family recipe, the meat is first cut into thin, tender strips.
3. SEASONING / MARINATING
We then season the meat with selected ingredients and a subtle blend of herbs. This unique seasoning gives Jack Link's Beef Jerky its unforgettable taste.
4. SMOKING & DRYING
Finally, the thin strips of beef are dried and slowly smoked in hot air - in the traditional way.
