This may sound like an advertising slogan – and you could laugh about it – but

it is the philosophy that The Hummus Guys have dedicated themselves to. New flavours are tested until 100% satisfaction is achieved. One problem that is often forgotten with handmade food is the fact that, for example, the chilli peppers that you bought two weeks ago taste different today and have a different level of spiciness than the ones you buy today. That is why it is so important to taste each batch in great detail and with great care.

What makes chickpeas so unique?

Chickpeas are a source of protein, which, thanks to their very high protein content, provide a healthy balance for a vegan or vegetarian diet. They are also classified as the ultimate “superfood”, are absolutely on-trend and have huge potential. As Martina and Frank are not convinced by industrially produced hummus, they produce hummus in over 38 varieties in their factory in Berlin Schöneberg with lots of love, passion and the best ingredients.

Hummus tastes good as a starter or main course, dip, spread, butter substitute, with salad or as a snack or dip with vegetable sticks or pita chips.
