This may sound like an advertising poster – and you could laugh about it - but this is the philosophy that The Hummus Guys have dedicated themselves to. New flavours are tested until 100% satisfaction is achieved. One problem that is often forgotten with handmade food is the fact that, for example, the chilli peppers that you bought two weeks ago taste different today and have a different spiciness than the ones you get today. That's why it's so important to taste each batch with great attention to detail and in person.

What makes chickpeas so unique?

Chickpeas are a source of protein, which, due to their very high protein content, provide a healthy balance for a vegan or vegetarian diet. They are also classified as the ultimate "superfood", are absolutely trendy and have huge potential. Since Martina and Frank do not find industrially produced hummus convincing, they produce hummus in over 38 varieties in their factory in Berlin Schöneberg with lots of love, passion and the best ingredients.

The hummus tastes great as a starter or main course, dip, spread, butter substitute, with salad or for snacking and dipping with vegetable sticks or pita chips.
