The latest creation from the Austrian start-up Revo impresses with its authentic consistency: THE FILET breaks down into tender, flaky layers as soon as it is divided with cutlery. Made from mushroom protein (fermented mycelia) and enriched with microalgae oil, THE FILET not only offers a traditional culinary experience, but is also a rich source of omega-3.

With hearty mushroom protein for the right bite!
The fermented mycelia (mycoprotein, from the roots of mushrooms) are not only full of nutrients, but also naturally very fibrous and meaty. This means that they can be treated particularly gently (at low temperatures and low pressure) in order to preserve nutrients and create the perfect bite. Mushroom protein has a complete amino acid profile and even a higher bioavailability than beef. It is not only full of nutrients, but also very environmentally friendly.
Before THE FILET is heated, the packaging must be completely removed.
Application:
Pan: Fry each side for 3-4 minutes with the lid closed in a little oil and on a low to medium heat.
Oven: Bake at 200°C top and bottom heat or fan oven for 14-16 minutes.
Air fryer: Preheat to 200°C and fry for 8-10 minutes.
