Gin Sul Jardim do Paraíso Limited Island Edition

Gin Sul Jardim do Paraíso is a limited edition that combines a floral-spicy premium composition of finely selected botanicals. Many of the ingredients come from the Atlantic island of Madeira, whose spring-like climate produces unique aromas. Captured in five individual distillates, wild oregano, ginger root, laurel, hibiscus flowers, Madeira basil and mallow flowers merge into a masterfully nuanced bouquet. This gin is a tribute to the diversity of Madeira and offers a unique taste experience for gin lovers.

The Altonaer Spirituosenmanufaktur is one of the smallest distilleries in Germany, with a still that holds only 100 liters. Thanks to the small quantities and the slow distillation, the aromas have plenty of room to develop.

Distiller Stephan Garbe fell in love with Portugal and its way of life over the years. In 2013, he founded the Altonaer Spirituosenmanufaktur. Gin Sul is his tribute to the Mediterranean culture and joie de vivre of the south.
