The corn plant often produces large corn cobs, but there are also varieties that are grown precisely because of their compact size. This makes EAT ME's mini corn an eye-catcher on any plate. Its shape also makes it a perfect decoration for many dishes.

Visually, it looks like a real corn cob, but with a maximum length of 9 to 10 cm.                                                        

However, it is not only the size that distinguishes mini corn from conventional varieties.

Try it: Mini corn is more tender. The crunchy bite goes hand in hand with the familiar sweet taste. Mini corn is harvested very early. The producers harvest the fruit vegetable one to two days after a new corn leaf with a cob has developed.

Storage: Mini corn is best stored in the refrigerator.

Preparation: To further process mini corn, e.g. boil, fry or sear, simply wash it.
