In 2006, Alberto, together with his mother Lorella and his father Giorgio Ballabeni, laid the foundation for Ballabeni Icecream in Munich. Inspired by memories of the unique chocolate ice cream of their childhood, they opened their own ice cream factory right in the heart of Munich. The intense chocolate ice cream, with which it all began, is just one example of their handcrafted creations. From Bavarian cream to special ingredients – everything is selected with the utmost care here. Every spoonful of ice cream is a promise of quality and taste, because nothing is left to chance here.

 

Quick Warm-up for Cool-down

 

Place the ice cream cup in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before enjoying, then the ice cream becomes creamy and unfolds its full flavor. The ice cream is ready to eat when the cup gives slightly to side pressure.
