Terms and Conditions for the Knuspr & CCEP Sweepstakes

 

1. Organizer & Participation The sweepstakes is organized by Großer Kern GmbH (Knuspr.de) in cooperation with Coca-Cola Europacific Deutschland GmbH (CCEP DE). Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 and over residing in Germany, who are located in the current delivery areas of Knuspr (Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin and surrounding areas). Only one entry per household is possible. Employees of CCEP DE and Großer Kern GmbH as well as employees of affiliated companies within the meaning of §§ 15 ff AktG and the respective family members of the aforementioned employees are excluded from participation.  

 

2. Sweepstakes Process The sweepstakes takes place from 07.04.2025, 00:01 to 20.04.2025, 23:59 on knuspr.de. To participate, products from the Coca-Cola range worth at least €15 (excluding deposit) must be purchased via the Knuspr platform. Each purchase qualifies for one entry into the sweepstakes. Purchases received after the entry deadline will not be considered. Participation is only possible via knuspr.de, other means of participation are excluded.

 

3. Prize & Winner Selection There are three SMEG refrigerators (SMEG FAB5RRD5 beverage cooler) to be won. The winners will be determined randomly from all eligible participants. The winner will be notified by email or phone. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours of being contacted, the prize will be awarded to another eligible person. Cash payment, exchange, or self-collection of the prize is not possible.

 

4. Data Transfer & Data Protection For the delivery of the prize, the winner's name, address, and phone number will be forwarded to CCEP DE. This data will be used exclusively for prize processing and will not be passed on to third parties. After the sweepstakes and successful prize delivery, personal data will be deleted unless further consent for use is given. Further information on data protection can be found in the privacy policy of Knuspr.de. The processing of the data mentioned in the preceding section 4 is carried out in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR for the execution of the action. This data will be stored for the duration of the action and the fulfillment of commercial and tax retention periods within the framework of the statute of limitations. Data will not be passed on to third parties, except for contractually bound processors such as agencies or platform providers. 

 

5. Liability

All information is provided without guarantee. The parties assume no responsibility for data loss, especially those that occurred during data transmission, technical defects, as well as lost, damaged, or late submissions due to network, hardware, or software problems. The parties are not liable for failed transfer transactions due to incorrect account data. The parties assume no liability for errors or printing mistakes as well as for damages that may arise in connection with the provision and use of the prize. This does not constitute an exclusion of liability for gross negligence or intent. The above limitations of liability do not apply insofar as intent and gross negligence on the part of the parties are present and not for damages due to injury to life, body, and health.

 

6. Termination & Exclusion from the Sweepstakes Großer Kern GmbH reserves the right to terminate or change the sweepstakes at any time without prior notice for technical or legal reasons. Participants who attempt to influence the sweepstakes through technical or other manipulations may be excluded from participation. This includes, in particular, unauthorized multiple entries or the use of automated services.

 

7. Applicable Law & Final Provisions Legal recourse is excluded. German law applies. Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In such a case, the invalid provision will be replaced by a valid regulation that comes closest to the original meaning and purpose. Here, specific contact information is missing.
