The competition and participation in it are subject to the following conditions.

Competition Procedure
The competition runs from 20.11.2024 to 22.12.2024 and is announced on knuspr.de. To participate in the competition, it is necessary to follow the following steps:
How to participate:
- Follow knuspr.de on Instagram/Facebook
- Post and tag Knuspr.de in a post showing your Christmas shopping with Knuspr.de (Story or Feed-Post)
Each participant is entitled to participate in the competition once per person. The winner will be informed by email, comment, or direct message on Instagram/Facebook by 23.12.2024. Multiple participation does not increase the chance of winning. All comments received after the participation deadline will not be considered in the draw.

Participation and Eligible Participants
Eligible participants are natural persons who reside in Germany, have reached the age of 18, and live in the delivery area of Knuspr.de. If a participant's legal capacity is restricted, the consent of their legal representative is required. Participation in the competition is only possible in the current delivery areas of Großer Kern GmbH: Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin, and surrounding areas (more details can be found on www.knuspr.de). A valid address in the delivery area is a prerequisite for participation. Employees of Großer Kern GmbH and the participating companies, as well as their family members, are excluded from the competition. Participation through automated data processing processes and/or through third parties, such as competition agencies, is also excluded. Furthermore, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, for example (a) in case of manipulations related to access to or execution of the competition, (b) in case of violations of these participation conditions, (c) in case of unfair actions, or (d) in case of false or misleading information related to participation in the competition. By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the respective participation conditions.

Prize, Notification, and Delivery of the Prize
The following prizes will be awarded: 500€ in credits to the winner's Knuspr.de account: The winner will be drawn randomly.
The determination of the winner is based on a random draw among all participants. The winner of the draw will be informed about the prize by email/DM/comment by 23.12.2024 at the latest. The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner. The prize claim cannot be transferred or sold to third parties. Exchange, self-collection, and cash payment of the prize are not possible. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize. If the winner does not respond within the first 24 hours after contact, the prize may be transferred to another participant.

Termination of the Competition
Großer Kern GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. The competition organizer will particularly use this option if proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. If manipulations, such as abusive registrations, are detected in individual cases, the participant will be excluded from the competition.

Data Protection
No new data of the participants will be collected for this competition. For further information on data protection, we refer to our privacy policy.

Applicable Law
Legal recourse is excluded. German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention.

Severability Clause
If any provision of these participation conditions is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining participation conditions shall not be affected. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible regulation that comes closest to the economic sense and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies in the event of a gap in these participation conditions.
