Competition of PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH at Großer Kern GmbH (Knuspr.de)

Participation in the competition organized by PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH, Hugenottenallee 173, 63263 Neu-Isenburg requires the purchase of PepsiCo soft drinks at Knuspr.de worth at least €10 and is subject to the following conditions.

 

Competition Process

The competition runs from 22.10.2024 to 04.11.2024 and is announced on knuspr.de. To participate in the competition, it is necessary to make a purchase of PepsiCo soft drinks worth at least €10 between 22.10.2024, 00:00, and 04.11.2024, 23:59. Each purchase qualifies one person for participation in the competition. The winner will be informed by email by 11.11.2024 and will receive one (1) prize. Participation in the competition is only possible by fulfilling the conditions. Multiple entries do not increase the chance of winning. All purchases received after the participation deadline will not be considered in the draw.

 

Participation and Eligible Participants

Eligible participants are natural persons who reside in Germany and have reached the age of 18. If a participant is limited in their legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required. Participation in the competition is only possible in the current delivery areas of Großer Kern GmbH: Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin, and surrounding areas (more details can be found on www.knuspr.de). A valid address in the delivery area is a prerequisite for participation. Employees of Großer Kern GmbH and the participating companies, as well as their family members, are excluded from the competition. Participation using automated data processing processes and/or through third parties, such as competition agencies, is also excluded. Furthermore, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, for example, (a) in the case of manipulations related to access to or the execution of the competition, (b) in the case of violations of these participation conditions, (c) in the case of unfair actions, or (d) in the case of false or misleading information related to participation in the competition. By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the respective participation conditions.

 

Prize, Notification, and Delivery of the Prize

The following prizes will be awarded: 1 x 2 tickets for the UEFA Champions League match Bayern Munich vs. Paris Saint-Germain at the Allianz Arena on 26.11.2024.

After the participation deadline, 1 winner will be determined: This will be drawn at random.

The determination of the winner takes place as part of a random draw among all participants. The winner of the draw will be informed of the prize by email by 11.11.2024 at the latest. The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner. The prize claim cannot be transferred or sold to third parties. An exchange, self-collection, and cash payment of the prize are not possible. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize. If the winner does not respond within the first 24 hours after contact, the prize may be transferred to another participant.

 

Termination of the Competition

The PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. The competition organizer will particularly make use of this option if a proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. If manipulations are detected in individual cases, e.g., through abusive registrations, the participant will be excluded from the competition.

Legal recourse is excluded. German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention.

 

Severability Clause

If any provision of these participation conditions is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining participation conditions shall not be affected. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible regulation that comes closest to the economic sense and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies in the event of a regulatory gap in these participation conditions.
