Gimar Salmon Saku
Saku combines two of the most important and influential traditions of seafood gastronomy in the world: Japanese and Spanish. It preserves the natural flavour and texture of the best salmon (Salmo salar), presented in practical and easy-to-use formats.
Starting from a selected raw material, the boneless fish fillet is extracted. It is then salted with dry salt and finally packaged.
