Moomin Baby diapers guarantee excellent absorbency, distributing moisture evenly throughout the diaper for effective protection – even for very active babies and toddlers. Elasticated waistbands ensure a snug fit and prevent leakage at the back and sides – keeping your little one dry and happy for longer!

SKIN-FRIENDLINESS & RELIABILITY

A baby's very sensitive and delicate skin requires diapers that are gentle on the skin and very soft, while being as absorbent as possible. Thanks to the new and improved absorbency and structure of our Moomin Baby diapers, moisture is quickly and evenly distributed throughout the diaper – without compromising its absorbency and effectiveness. Soft elasticated waistbands ensure a snug fit and prevent annoying leaks. This means that Moomin Baby diapers can meet even the greatest daily challenges! Thanks to our many years of development work, we now use significantly less superabsorber than many of our industrial competitors, BUT our diapers are still at least as absorbent.

FROM FINLAND

We are a Finnish family business and the only manufacturer of disposable diapers in Finland. We have more than 40 years of experience in diaper production and our almost 100 Finnish employees are true industry professionals with a passion and love for nature. The cellulose we use in our diapers comes from FSC®-certified coniferous forests and is completely dioxin-free. So we know a thing or two about diapers! We also know that the nature around us is just as sensitive as the skin of newborns, so we want to make sure that both are doing well.

SAFETY

It is very important to know what comes into contact with a baby's delicate skin. The main absorbent material in our diapers is pure, unbleached, FSC®-certified cellulose. Our products are continuously being developed to become ever purer, more sustainable and more environmentally friendly – which is why we now use significantly less superabsorber than many market leaders. The other materials in the diapers that come into direct contact with the baby's skin are made from soft natural materials or from FSC-certified cellulose, which has both water-repellent and water-permeable properties. Our Moomin Baby diapers are a gentle and worry-free option, as all our raw materials meet the highest quality certification standards. Our diapers are naturally free from fragrances, chlorine, dioxin or lotion.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

Since our customers are the youngest inhabitants of our planet, we want to invest in the well-being of children and the environment. As some of our current customers may still be on earth in a hundred years, we want them to have an earth to live on, experience and enjoy. Our work considers the entire product cycle in the context of the environment – from the choice of raw materials to disposal. For example, our environmentally friendly production is guaranteed by the FSC® certificate and the Nordic Swan Ecolabel. The criteria set out there are a good benchmark for us, but we are constantly developing our products with the aim of gradually becoming even more environmentally friendly.

Moomin Baby diapers therefore differ from regular disposable diapers in many ways, apart from their absorbency.

• The materials we use are carefully selected and meet the strict criteria of the Nordic Swan Ecolabel and the Finnish Allergy, Skin and Asthma Federation.
• The manufacturing process of environmentally friendly diapers also differs significantly in terms of energy sources. Our Moomin Baby diaper production uses only renewable and certified hydropower, which does not emit harmful carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. The heat generated by this is used to heat our factory.
• The third significant point is the generation of production waste. Our production does not generate any landfill waste. Instead, the waste is recycled or incinerated to generate further energy.
• No pollutants are released into the air or water during the production of Moomin Baby diapers.

Contents: 

The size 1 pack contains 25 open diapers and is suitable for newborns weighing between 2 and 5 kg. The special design in the navel area is particularly suitable for the sensitive navel of newborns.

About the manufacturer: 

Moomin Baby diapers are developed and produced in Finland's only diaper factory in Tammisaari. The manufacturer Delipap Oy is a Finnish family business with almost 100 employees and has been the only manufacturer of disposable diapers in the whole of Finland for over 40 years. For Delipap, it is particularly important to invest in the future of our children through everyday actions. The focus is therefore on offering customers only safe, innovative, skin-friendly and environmentally friendly products – and this has been the case right from the start, since the first Delipap diapers were manufactured 40 years ago.
