1. Top/bottom heat: 230 °C Convection: 210 °C Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on the side. 
2. Remove foil.
3. Place pizza on the rack, middle shelf of the oven.
4. Bake pizza at 230 °C top/bottom heat for at least 13 minutes. Bake pizza at 210 °C convection for at least 10 minutes.
