Ingredients
- 100 g Oatmeal
- 30 g Whey Protein Vanilla
- 200 ml Whole Milk 3.5% Fat
- 50 g fresh Strawberries
- 50 g fresh Raspberries
- 50 g fresh Blueberries
- 10 g unsalted Pistachios
- 1 sprig fresh Mint
Preparation
- 1Put oatmeal and milk into a small pot. Add 200 ml of water and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the porridge has reached the desired creamy consistency. This usually only takes a few minutes. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 2Stir the protein powder smoothly in a glass or shaker with 100 ml of water. Stir the protein mixture into the oatmeal. Adjust the consistency as desired with a little more milk or water. Pour the porridge into bowls.
- 3Wash and clean the berries. Garnish the oatmeal with fresh berries, coarsely chopped pistachios, and plucked mint leaves and enjoy immediately.
Tip
For a vegan version, you can simply replace cow's milk with an oat or almond drink and use a plant-based protein powder.
