Preparation method

In a bowl, mix tamarind sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar. Stir the sauce well until the sugar has dissolved.

Heat oil in a wok or pan, add chopped garlic, ginger, and chili, and sauté briefly until fragrant. Add the shrimp, pour the prepared sauce over them, and mix everything well.

Serve with jasmine rice.
