Preparation method

Mix Camembert, cream cheese, and butter with a hand mixer. Then add the beer, ground caraway, and paprika, and finally season the Obatzda with pepper.

Wash the chives, chop them very finely, and stir them into the Obatzda. Reserve a portion of the chives for garnish. Then wash the radishes and onions and slice them very finely and thinly. Heat oil in a pan and toast the bread slices in it for 2 to 3 minutes on both sides.

Spread the bread with Obatzda. Then place onion and radish slices on top and garnish with chives.

Chef's tip

Use extra ripe Camembert and a less ripe one for the perfectly spicy taste experience.
