Ingredients
- 150 g tuna in its own juice
- 1 egg
- 60 g fine oats
- 15 g wheat flour
- 45 ml water
Preparation
- 1Preheat the oven to 180 °C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2Drain the liquid from the tuna, place it in a bowl, and mash it with a fork.
- 3Add the egg and 3 tablespoons of water and mix everything well.
- 4Stir in the oats and flour and process everything into a smooth dough.
- 5Form the dough into about 40 small balls and spread them on the baking sheet.
- 6Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
- 7After cooling, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator (shelf life 7–10 days).
