  • 150 g tuna in its own juice
  • 1 egg
  • 60 g fine oats
  • 15 g wheat flour
  • 45 ml water

Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 °C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Drain the liquid from the tuna, place it in a bowl, and mash it with a fork.

    Add the egg and 3 tablespoons of water and mix everything well.

    Stir in the oats and flour and process everything into a smooth dough.

    Form the dough into about 40 small balls and spread them on the baking sheet.

    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.

    After cooling, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator (shelf life 7–10 days).
