It owes its name golden bream to the characteristic golden spots on its cheek and the golden stripe between its eyes. The sea bream is a typical food fish, especially in the Mediterranean region, but its fan base is also growing in this country, especially during the barbecue season.

The sea bream is best suited for grilling whole.
Simply make a small cut in the skin and fill the sea bream with herbs and lemon slices.
