Parmigiano-Reggiano is known worldwide as the king of cheeses.
When it comes to Parmigiano-Reggiano, everyone agrees, restaurateurs and doctors, gourmets and nutritionists.

The production is regulated by the Consorzio del formaggio Parmigiano-Reggiano, which has acquired the "Protected Designation of Origin" (PDO) mark from the European Union, thus guaranteeing that no additives are contained.
For four generations, the farm of Nullo and Marcello Boselli has combined a love of nature, a passion for animals and a bond with the region and the land.
Boselli lovingly handcrafts 3500 cheese loaves each year. This exclusive quantity is produced from the milk of their own 200 cows.
Everything at Boselli is based on a holistic approach. The feed for the cows also comes from their own farm.
Tradition, wisdom and love of nature together with natural feed are a must for Boselli's Parmigiano Reggiano.
