For four generations, the farm of Nullo and Marcello Boselli has combined the love of nature, the passion for animals and the attachment to the region and the land.

Boselli lovingly handcrafts 3500 cheese loaves each year. This exclusive quantity is produced from the milk of their own 200 cows.

Everything at Boselli is based on a holistic approach. The feed for the cows also comes from their own farm.

Tradition, wisdom and love of nature together with natural feed are a must for Boselli's Parmigiano Reggiano.
