Preparation:
Although defrosting is not mandatory, the burgers turn out best if you defrost them first.
In a pan: 3-4 minutes per side over medium heat (flip the burger when juices appear on the surface).
On the grill: 2-3 minutes per side (flip the burger when juices appear on the surface).
In the oven: 20-25 minutes at 210 °C (no need to flip).
