Dr. Oetker Bourbon Vanilla Extract

The aroma of vanilla completes the taste of many sweet delicacies. To add a fine vanilla note to desserts, cakes, pastries or coffee specialities in no time at all, Dr. Oetker offers a Bourbon Vanilla Extract, sweetened, in a 35 ml bottle. The flavour extract is made from fine Bourbon vanilla beans from Madagascar. Through extraction, it contains the natural flavours of Bourbon vanilla in a highly concentrated form and convinces with its noble vanilla note. The liquid, sweetened Bourbon Vanilla Extract in the bottle can be individually portioned with a teaspoon to taste. It is not only suitable for refining pastries - jam, ice cream or savoury sauces also get a delicious vanilla note. Thanks to the resealable screw cap, the Bourbon Vanilla Extract in the plastic bottle is optimally protected. Store in a dry, dark place and not above room temperature.
