Organic black pepper (REUSABLE)

Pepper is known worldwide, but only a few know about its secret ingredient, piperine! It enhances the absorption of other valuable nutrients in dishes or, for example, a turmeric latte. Piperine works best with all its secrets when it is freshly ground. That's why our peppercorns are specially made for the mill. 

In first-class quality, the trusting hands of a fairly managed farmers' cooperative north of Kampot in Cambodia grow this pepper with great love. Shortly before ripening, it is picked, sun-dried and fermented. The green peppercorn turns black during the fermentation process. 

Store in a dark, cool and dry place.
